Starting from your site, Iselmar will also organize various team building activities - from percussion or painting workshop all the way to survival camp or sixtathlon for the strong-minded!

Percussion Workshop
Fun and enthusiasm rank first in this workshop!
Organized at our Hotel Iselmar, it includes a genuine African djembé for all participants as well as experienced trainer and backing musicians on bass drums (which are called doudouns). Doundouns are the heart of the African rhythms.

The backing musicians provide for a basic rhythm, which directly appeals to everyone and invites you to join drumming. Plain rhythmic patterns form a composition consisting of different parts. When all single parts have been concerted, there will be a break afther 60 minutes.

Afther this break, all parts will be composed. The workshop will be completed swinging on small percussion instruments.

Solex-Bike Tours
Explore Gaasterland on a Solex. The route will lead you through magnificent woods, along gorgeous estates and wonderful water landscapes, and make your trip a unique and unforgettable experience.
Tours starting at the hotel and leading through Lemmer Village are also available.

PDA games
Sherlock Holmes
Murder, thrill, and sensation! Discover the latest novelties in PDA and GPS by interactive gaming, and play the exciting game "Sherlock Holmes". You will help the famous detective to solve mysterious murders. Means of evidence were found in the surroundings - PDA will lead you through the different clues. Who of you will first unravel all the mysterious facts?

Climbing Wall
A steep wall, a number of grips - the only thing to keep you from climbing is you. Being professionally secured and supervised by a trainer, you will climb the wall. By the way, the wall is 8.5 meters high....  Do you have the courage to climb it?

Box Stacking
Stacking high requires self conquest. But don't worry - you will be fixed and well-secured. Goal is to build possibly high towers. And in order to make it even more difficult, you will be on top of the tower.
Fun is guaranteed for the young and the young at heart!

Canoe Rides and Game
Canoe rides in genuine Canadian canoes! A wonderful experience for a beautiful spring or summer day. Being jovially on the water with each other, while the instructor of our supervised canoe rides teaches you some canoeing details. Or go in for a slightly more relaxing program, featuring various canoeing and aquatic games - plenty of fun is guaranteed. An excellent activity to get to know each other better, test your communication skills, or just have fun.

Self-evidently, respective tours can be perfectly combined with team contests.

Team Contests
The participants will play various games, whereas teamwork and fun are in the fore. The activities will only be successfull if respective  participants communicate and team leaders support each other. Themes such as communication, teamwork, and leadership can be integrated with the activities on agreement. We will select from our wide range of available games in accordance with your request. Success guaranteed!

Raft Trips
Will you remain dry or get wet - who knows? A few barrels and beams plus a rope is al you need to build a fantastic raft. And if you should have any difficulties, the team leader will be pleased to assist you.  

Who launches their raft first, and who performs best at rafting? Raft building and rafting: always a hit!

Archery
Who does not know the tale of Robin Hood - the man who was able to shoot one arrow into pieces with another one. Are you already thrilled to see if you will also accomplish this feat?

Cross Archery
Mainly William Tell and Switzerland are related to cross archery. However, also the ancient Greeks, Romans, and Chinese made use of this archery technique. Now you can personally experience it, and find out if you can win fame for it in history.
